your own myth.    Classes at Imani YOGA are in small private studio with excellent props.  Each
class is customized and feature hands-on assists.  Weekly small group classes are offered as
well as private sessions by appointment.

Imani earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Communications from Howard University, a Master's of

*References = Imani blends tips for holistic, healthy living with instruction for proper breathing technique and positions.  The class is
peaceful and rhythmic, and I  love  it.  (I don't stick with anything I don't love.)  And over the past  three  months my strength,
flexibility, and stamina have improved.  I have also  lost  nine pounds and counting.  But more important for me, as a working mother and
wife with three small children, this practice has helped me regain my center, my  connection with self, with peace and with spirit . Namaste

To me, each session of Imani YOGA is a moving meditation.  The mind-body  connection and
focus on breathwork definitely gives me the emotional stability I  need daily.  After a class with
Imani, I  feel more patient and  calmer. Special thanks to Imani for her spiritual guidance and
physical workouts. I am looking forward to continuous growth to my body-mind-spirit through my
yoga practice.  Love and light.

My neighbor encouraged me to try Imani YOGA with her. My goal was for me to learn how to relax
after many years of working in a stressful environment. During the past two months, I not only
learned how to relax more but, I have lost over 5 lbs. Imani is a great teacher. She is very
attentive to each person needs. Imani YOGA  has been a blessing to my life.

Words cannot adequately express my thanks to Imani YOGA for the provision  of a measure of
comfort in the midst of the worldwind of changes I am  experiencing at this time. My soul was
crying out for a respite due  to transitioning on numerous levels simultaneously; through a
difficult divorce,  prolonged unemployment, financial hardship, pursuing a graduate degree after
deciding to change gears from Corporate America to become a Healthcare  Practitioner, and
raising a teenage son alone without a family support network  in this region of the country.

I came to Imani YOGA tense and feeling as if the weight of the world  rested solely upon my
shoulders. Upon walking in, I was greeted at the door with  genuine love from both Imani and
Sasha, her little welcoming white dog. I  entered into a safe, peaceful, tranquil environment that
beckoned me to linger,  learn and languish in the presence of the divine force that dwells  within
me. At Imani YOGA I am learning how to be still and  dismiss the parade of thoughts that seem to
constantly traverse through my  restless mind, to focus my thoughts and to be present in the
moment through deep  breathing, stretching, resting and meditation. Yoga is a wonderful
complement to  my faith because it places an emphasis on the connection of the  mind, body
and  soul to the divine. I am incredibly grateful. I pray continued blessings upon  Imani YOGA.
Namaste.

Imani YOGA has enriched my life by  nourishing my mind and body. I suffer with back pain due to
a car accident five  years ago.  Since I began taking yoga, it has decreased my back pain
tremendously. Imani is
such a awesome teacher. No matter the size of the class,  she remains sensitive to each
individuals needs.

I love how I feel after taking a yoga class at  Imani YOGA. My body and mind feel rejuvinated and
new. Imani is one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had and her choice of music and
inspirational readings are always in harmony  for the moment.  You must treat yourself to Imani
YOGA.

I started my yoga classes with Imani about 2 months ago.  My body feels so much better.  I'm
learning to relax and focus more. I really look forward to my classes with Imani YOGA.

My name is Tisha, and my experience at Imani YOGA can be summed up as: A warm
unpretentious environment, where I felt welcomed and attended to.  The music was fantastic and
inspiring and I just loved the hands on way that Imani adjusted my poses and helped me to get
the maximum out of my session without injuring myself.  She made specific accommodations for
my back and knee injuries and I walked out feeling renewed and rejuvinated, yet with with no pain
or soreness.   I highly recommend it for people with injuries who have had bad experiences with
exercising.

An Imani Yoga class is an action prayer of gratitude for your mind, body and spirit. You feel the
peace and love the moment you enter the  studio, listen to the perfectly timed music, and move
with a grace you never  thought possible. Every moment in the class, I felt nourished,
strengthened, and  stretched beyond my expectations. I treasure this gift to myself and look
forward to returning for a session every time I visit Atlanta,
GA.
