Joy & Taj Anwar, who share a love of cooking for the community, and the promotion
of healthy living and healing through their foods.  Our tag line is "Conscious Cooking
for Those who Eat to Live" because we know that you are indeed what you eat, and
so your food should enliven, nurture and strengthen you - not make you lethargic or
unhealthy.  Therefore, we provide soul food and ethnic inspired dishes with holistic
living in mind.  The vast majority of the ingredients we use are organic,
vegan/vegetarian, and locally harvested with a concern for our clients' health,
cruelty-free living, and environmental protection.  In addition, we provide meals to
clients who require a gluten-free diet due to Celiac disease, Autism and even
eczema. The services we provide are Event Catering, Diet Transitioning, Cooking
Demonstrations and Classes, Personal Cook and Meal Planning.
